Physiotherapist
Senior Therapist

I am a mother of two, a physiotherapist and a Pilates and yoga instructor. Since graduating as a physiotherapist (-99) I have attended several TULES trainings, the most important of which I consider the Maitland Method (2b level).

Since 2014, I have been training in visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy. These therapies have opened up a whole new world of body function and working with the body for me. The wisdom of your body guides me to discover, through careful interviewing and examination, the causes of even long-standing symptoms and pain conditions. I believe that most pain and discomfort can be relieved by treatments that support the body's ability to regenerate and heal itself, while helping the body to balance itself.

If your body needs exercises to help you achieve balance, I will guide you as needed. The exercise does not always have to be body-strengthening or mobility-enhancing. For example, sometimes we need a breathing exercise to calm the body. The autonomic nervous system may have become imbalanced as a result of long-term stress, so it is good to calm down the over-activation of the sympathetic nervous system by activating the parasympathetic nervous system through breathing exercises. Craniosacral therapy is an excellent method of treatment for balancing the nervous system, among other things.
